Madeline’s offers gourmet dining with American and French influenced fine cuisine in Cambria’s West Village. In addition to offering up a distinguished menu, Madeline’s also prides itself on a very nice wine list with many of the renowned wines from the nearby Paso Robles vineyards. The restaurant decor is sophisticated, intimate, and romantic. This restaurant is about 1 mile from our Cambria hotel, so unless you enjoy a leisurely night time stroll it’s probably best to hop in the car for the short ride over to a wonderful meal at Madeline’s.
The staff are warm, friendly and attentive. It’s quite common for the chef to visit your table to chat and make sure you are enjoying your meal and overall Madeline’s experience. Reservations are recommended. As a last note, Madeline’s often has fun events at their Cambria restaurant, including winemaker dinners which pair a 6 course meal with different local wines.

Most Popular Dishes at Madeline’s
If you’re in the mood for a classic French dish, try the Portabello Ratatoullie. If they have Seabass available on their fresh fish menu, that is always a great choice. If you’re looking for some red meat or chicken, the filet mignon and the stuffed chicken are both divine. Last but certainly not least, if you want a little bit of everything (and who doesn’t!), definitely go for the Chef’s tasting menu. It’s a very fun way to get an all around picture of what the chef does best.
